At LASR, we are distributors of four different types of lasers, suitable for industrial cleaning of large or small, simple or complex nature.

Gentle and environmentally friendly cleaning

It is possible to adjust the laser settings in power, wavelength, and pulse length, thereby controlling the amount of material removed by a single laser pulse with extreme precision. Laser cleaning is therefore equally suitable for fast and deep rust removal as well as for only removing a thin layer of material without damaging the underlying surface.

The result is a clean surface that has not been damaged by either chemicals or grinding. This means that you can more easily maintain your surfaces, machines, etc., as the laser spares the existing substrate.

As the technology is still relatively new, not all of its potential has been uncovered yet. However, we have experience in cleaning:

  • All types of rust and corrosion
  • Welding residues
  • Welding slag
  • Most types of paint
  • All types of grease and oil layers
  • Efflorescence on masonry
  • Soot after fire on both wood/masonry and steel, etc.
